Introduction: The Yin to Your Yang

Relationships and love are two of the most complicated aspects in a person's life. One minute everything is wonderful, and you're looking at life through rose-colored glasses, and the next thing you know, the person that you thought you needed the most, is the one making you feel like a wreck. It makes you wonder how ANYONE can successfully carry out a relationship, let alone fall in love, and be with that special someone for the rest of their lives. The very idea of even knowing what to look for in a relationship is a puzzle within itself.

I believe that the chinese concept of Yin & Yang is a perfect principle to apply here. The outer circle of the symbol represents everything, and the black and white symbols (black being "yin" and white being "yang") represent two energies that cause everything to happen. Neither symbol is completely black or white, just as life isn't, and they can't exist without each other. In my opinion, this is what everyone looks for when  starting a relationship or 

searching for love. The fundamental question here is whether or not that person can  be our other half, that piece that completes us, our soul mate. Relationships are such an important part of  so many of our lives, and yet, they are full of uncertainties. What do we want in a soulmate??? How can we find  it??? And once we get it, how can we keep it??? 

 The point of this blog is to create a forum where we can come together to help each other figure out all  the complexities of a relationship. To inspire each other to work things out... to support each other when we  know that it's time to let go... to teach each other how to persevere... and to talk to each other about exactly what it is we all want from love, life, and our relationships. When it comes to love, there are no right or wrong answers, no predefined lines of  acceptable behavior, nor are there any rules and regulations that we can all  go by. But what we can do is communicate with each other, in the hopes that someone else's experience, knowledge, and growth, can help guide us in building the path to success in our 

own love life. I created this blog with the hope that people would come together to provide advice, stories, conversations, insight, and discussions on all aspects of a relationship, because i truly believe that with each other's help, we can ALL find, keep, and forever love the Yin to our Yang.

I truly hope that reading this blog will inspire everyone to become stronger and more confident in their  love lives, because really, all you have to do is look at it From the Heart's Perspective....
